Refund Policy

At Too Fast Inc™, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and top-tier service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. To begin a return, please go to https://toofastautoparts.ca/pages/return-request


Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Non-Eligible Returns: Items that are used, worn, damaged (through use or misuse), or returned without approval are not refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns without valid reasons or outside the 30-day period are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Return Process: Submit request directly from your account at https://account.toofastautoparts.ca/ for more information please scroll down to the Submit a Return Request section of this policy.

  • Inspection & Refund Timeline:

    • Inspection: Up to 10 business days after receipt.

    • Refund Processing: Up to 40 business days from approval.

  • Currency: All refunds are issued in CAD. We are not responsible for foreign currency conversion or bank fees.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made products

  • Depo brand products

  • Electronics and toys

  • Special Order items (see below)

  • Any item not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Any item returned after 30 days


Final Sale Items

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • BDS Suspensions – All sales final due to custom nature.

  • Megan Racing – All sales final due to custom nature.

  • Ventus Autoworks – All sales final due to custom nature.

  • BC Racing (Modified) – All custom configurations are final sale.
  • Aodhan Wheels
  • Vangaurd
  • Custom-Built Orders – Final sale; please confirm specs before ordering.

  • Special Order Items – See below for detailed terms.

  • Wheels & Tires - All wheels & tires are final sale.

Special Order Items

These are products ordered directly from manufacturers and not stocked by Too Fast Inc™. They are clearly labeled as “Special Order” or “Pre-order” on our websites.
Special Order items are not eligible for returns or cancellations.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as processing may begin.

  • If canceled within the allowed window, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Items may incur a 30% cancellation fee once processed.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email sales@toofastinc.ca,once your request is confirmed you can send the product to: 4699 Keele St, Unit 1-4, North York, ON M3J 2N8, Canada


Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Send your return to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items. For assistance, call 416-665-6366.


Submit a Return Request

To Submit a return request:

  1. Go to https://account.toofastautoparts.ca/and Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Click Orders at the top of the page.
  3. Select the order you want to return.
  4. On the order page, click the Request return button in the top-right corner.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your request

Please submit only once to avoid delays. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by instructions within 5 business days.

Note:

  • Returns with damaged or marked boxes will be rejected.

  • All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping, import fees, taxes, duties, and manufacturer restocking costs.


Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Speak to your bank (refunds can take time to post).

Pricing Error Disclaimer

Despite our best efforts, pricing or inventory errors may occur due to system bugs or algorithmic glitches. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing and will contact you with the corrected amount before proceeding.
