While warranties are traditionally handled directly through the manufacturer, Too Fast Inc. offers complimentary warranty claim assistance for up to 12 months from your purchase date—making the process easier for you.

1. Too Fast Inc. Facilitated Warranty Claims (Within 12 Months)

Eligibility:

• Valid for products purchased from Too Fast Inc.

• Applies if the product has a manufacturer-covered defect or malfunction.

• We offer replacement or refund assistance for up to 1 year after purchase.

Steps to Claim:

1. Place a new order for the same product.

2. Save the box that comes with the replacement part.

3. Contact customer service (📧 sales@toofastinc.ca or Live Chat) to:

   • Start a return

   • Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

4. Pack and return the defective part using the replacement part's box.

5. Ship it to:
   4699 Keele St, Unit 1, North York, ON M3J 2N8
   (Customer covers return shipping.)

6. Upon receiving and verifying the return, we’ll issue a refund within 2 business days.

Important Notes:

• Visual proof (photos or short video) may be requested.

• Shipping & duties are not covered.

• Only items under manufacturer warranty are eligible.

• Warranty does not cover consumables (e.g. oil) or normal wear and tear.

• Warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s terms.

2. If the Same Product is Unavailable

• You may order an alternative part.
  We will only refund the original item’s value, not cover price differences.

• If the same product has increased in price, we will attempt to negotiate a higher refund with the manufacturer.

⚠️ Refunds are processed only after defect verification is complete.

3. Warranty Claims After 12 Months

• Too Fast Inc. cannot assist after 12 months from the purchase date.

• If the manufacturer’s warranty exceeds 12 months, contact them directly for support.

• Use your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. We can also provide additional documentation upon request.
