Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Pack and return the defective part using the replacement part's box.

Traditionally, in the audi exhaust market, there are many different pieces of the exhaust that you have to purchase from different vendors. We have gone around this and engineered a full exhaust system that connects to the OEM downpipes or aftermarket downpipes and runs all the way back to a set of beautiful exhaust tips. The reason for this is stems from our ethos for developing exhaust systems for the audi platforms and beyond is to engineer and deliver the best sound experience with a single exhaust solution. Gone of the days where you need to combine your catback system with resonator pipes from a separate vendor. This system is your one stop solution to have unparalleled sound, and no compromises when the valves are open, the car has a very aggressive sound and tons of aggressive overrun when off throttle. With the valves closed. The car goes back to sounding like it's bone stock.
If you are jumping into the Audi B9 platform having come from a B7 RS4 with a lovely 4.2 L V8 you will short changed with the sound experience from factory, but with the Valvetronic Designs full exhaust system installed, your experience will be heightened to previous levels of enjoyment of this naturally aspirated experience. There is no displacement for displacement ultimately, but with this exhaust system, you will not feel short changed with your Audi B9 sound experience. At Valvetronic Designs we do not compromise. We recommend that you do not either when it comes to choosing the best exhaust for your RS5!
Valve delete kits are recommended for this platform to stop factory valves from activating after new kit is installed.
