Finding Parts

How can I find products for my vehicle?

  • You can use the fitment tool to find parts for your vehicle. Simply select your year, make, and model. You may also use the search tool.

What kind of products do you sell?

  • We sell a wide range of products including exterior, interior, performance, lighting, wheels, tires, electronics and garage accessories.

I cannot find the product I want, what do I do?

Can I order "Out of Stock" products?

  • Out of stock products are not displayed on our store. If a product goes out of stock, it is disabled within store's database.


What are the available payment methods?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

What if my card is being declined?

  • Try using another card or contact your credit card provider/bank. If that does not work, you may contact us.

How can I view or download my invoice(s)?

  • Invoices are emailed to you when you place an order, and are also viewable and downloadable through your account.


What are your shipping methods?

  • Orders are shipped using Canada Post, Purolator and Day & Ross Freight.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

  • Orders typically take two business days to process and ship out, and arrive within 3-7 days of placing an order.

How can I track my order?

  • You can use the tracking number given to you, or contact us.

Where do your products ship from?

  • We ship from warehouses located in Alberta, Ontario and New-Brunswick Canada.

Do you ship outside Canada?

  • At the moment, we do not ship outside of Canada.

Order Cancellation, Returns, Refunds

How can I cancel my order?

  • There is limited time to cancel an order as we forward your order to our warehouses immediately. You can go to your account and see if your order can still be cancelled. If it cannot be cancelled, you may initiate a return once you recieve it.

How do I initate a return?

  • Contact us if you would like to initiate a return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • You should receive your refund 5-7 business days from the moment we process the refund.
